People say that work in the care sectors in life, would never change thier job for the world because of job satisfaction. Are you satisfied because helping others will. Together build a community wherever you are in this world of ours, where we don't want to stagnate - Where we give and receive to eachother, grow, try make a difference where we can because we want to know Christ Jesus, his ways, his wisdom, his relentless unconditional love and aim to be a community in lifes everyday needs and dreams. Not just spiritual needs, as Christ Jesus taught us all in his Gospel. To live a quality fulfilling life in all areas, that is inline with his will. Help the needy, not ones that want to drain you, help bring on God's Kingdom on Earth, Amen? Be a good Samaritan as Christ taught, see a stranger in need help and see your day turn to something special, that will put a smile on your face and give them faith in humanity once more, to build a better community where you live by helping the needy, vulnerable, underprivileged that don't have the opportunities, guidance in wisdom you have been a a lighthouse to anyone you can be there where we can. Your Talents & Skills: These can't be learnt you were specially designed, God can help you delovop these, because he made you. If you thank God for your Talents & Skills he can the bless you with growth and give you more as Gifts.
Forgiveness: When you do wrong, seek God with your heart to say sorry & do your best to stop, if you fail, go back to God. Do not feel guilt, guilt is a sin :) As you have been forgiven, forgive others, this is not letting them of, it is acceptance they have done you wrong but you are moving on, without being effected.
Relaxed, friendly, informal: To foster a welcoming environment manner to anyone you know and meet.
Nonjudgmental: Everyone has the benefits of doubt, regardless of background, disability or faith or no faith and deals because we are all different and that is our right.
Disability aware: People are not to be pitted, they are to be admired. Don't take people for granted they require massive amounts of strength, courage and lots of self motivation, just to get out of bed or go about thier business. So recognise this and say or do something that makes thier day without pity.
Built on the idea of the roundtable: All in your life and all that come into it have value, big or small, for it takes all of us for life to work.
Everyone has something to give: Big or small, every contribution matters.
Complete transparency: Accountability in all areas of your life, God knows anyway, you can't hide or deceive God, so by knowing this embrace accountability to be the best version of you.
Keep close to the words of Christ Jesus: To know him and know of his unconditional love, unconditional means no conditions, God love is not like ours, it is something that will take you a lifetime to totally Understand. Follow ihim, in understanding, forgiveness and repentance. Then walk the walk and talk the talk as expected by Chirst. To become the best version of you and show love and salvation by example.
Add no doctrine or rituals: That kills the freedom of movement of spirit and expression in your life, in your family, friends, work and community.
Give and receive: To understand and experience the wholeness from.giving as well as receiving.
Help not out of duty: Because we want too: Helping comes from the heart, not out of being obligated or told too.
